Returns/Exchanges

Please reach out to: exchanges@elbaandcojewelry.com. At this time we only accept exchanges for equal or greater product value within 5 days of the delivery date—only one exchange per order. Any item altered in any way or engraved is ineligible for an exchange. No returns. There is a 5% sales price re-stocking fee on all exchanges (per item). We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry online and we want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. We will work until you are 100% satisfied. Generally, exchanges take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived at our warehouse.  Exchanges must include your order number, shipping address, and exchange instructions.
